I had a membership previously and I canceled it a month ago. I still have my membership key tag. Can I still utilize that for my current membership?

Yea each key tag runs congruent with membership. I feel like since you've cancelled the membership it automatically canceled the operations of that key tag. You may have to open up a new account with Planet Fitness tbh.
