My employer tells me it is my resposrability to change my address. When Excellcous tells me it's my employers responsibility. What am I too do???? Very perplexed!!!!!!??

Make sure that your employer has your most current information. Try notifying (with a letter and snail mail) your employer and sending a copy of the letter to Excellus Blue Cross. Keep a copy of the letter and the date that you sent it. That way you are covered if there are any disputes arising out of the change of address. Just an idea since you talked to both and they both denied responsibility.
