They didn't need my QR code for check-in. I offered it and they scanned it, but you should be fine without it. Check your spam folder in your email just in case.
Check for an email title "Important COVID-19 testing information" and it should be inside that. If you do not receive it for any reason, they can check you in by name and appointment time; it just takes a little longer.
