Download the permit application and have it filled out. When going for the test, make sure that you have all the proper documentation, birth certificate, SSN card and a current utility bill. They do permit testing Wednesday - Saturday from 0830 - 1400.
Physical ,birth certificate , social security number ,piece of mail with address , you can check in front of driver manual as I maybe missing something, we deal more with commercial license hope this helps
