4-lanes, 25 yards. Opens at 0530, M-F. Masters Swimming on M and W morn. at 05. Best time to just lap swim, M-F is 07. Lane lines get moved at 0830 and only 1 lap lane avail at that time. Please shower before entering pool. Silver Sneakers was in place but have heard mixed reports on continuation?
The Bethlehem YMCA does have a pool. It also has the Silver Sneakers program, which is covered under your health insurance.
