90 day return policy for everything except outdoor power equipment and appliances then it is a 30 day return policy. If you pay with a debit card and put in your pin you can get cash back or back on your card. If you pay with a credit card it will go back on your card within 24 hours. If you pay with cash you will get cash back. If you pay with a check you have to wait until it clears the bank then you can get cash back or on an in store merchandise card. All these options are with your reciept, with your proof of purchase whether it's on the MyLowes card, card you paid with or your reciept whether printed or emailed Just bring it back within 90 days if you have any doubt or buy it close to the time you'll need it don't buy it in advance unless you are 100% sure that's what you want/need. If you happened to get the wrong size of something but still intend of buying the correct product from lowes they will do an exchange if it's not too old of a product
If you use a credit card it comes off your credit card, or you can do exchange. Cash back on cash sales.
