Call ahead.
I just called today the 14th to schedule for an oil change that's due . I was told the earliest is on the 8th of July . That's like 24 long days and I'd say piss poor service or better yet no service . Why would I consider buying there again if I have to be disadvantaged and purchase a oil change somewhere else because their not up to par in servicing their customers
You should be able to just show up and if they are free they can bring you in if not they would schedule you for an appointment at a later time or date. To guarantee that you will be help I would recommend calling and set something up with the service department!
