Went to Sakura for a birthday dinner. It was my first time here. We sat in the grill area. I had terrific chicken and also had salmon. Both were cooked to perfection.

I hadn't been there for awhile. I ordered the hibachi scallop and shrimp. I got 2 scallops, 6 shrimp. Little rice and few vegetables. Much smaller portions. No dipping sauces. I had to ask and received one not the usual 3 different ones. What I did have was good.

The quality and amount of food for the price was unbelievably good! My group got two of the dinner boxes (salmon and beef teriyaki) and a chicken katsu meal and everything was really tasty! Very pleasant staff, attentive, but not overbearing.

Very fun time watching our chefs flip spatulas and make flames and fling food. Gave me the laugh and enjoyment I needed and food was very tasty
