I bought a snowman making kit, the hat, scarf, nose and eyes, except when I got home it was missing all but the scarf. Will you send me a replacement in the mail as I live over a hours drive from the store?

I would imagine you would have tp physically return the entire box as they require proof. Its happened to me before. A product i bought was .missing some unusual screws. I had to bring the box back to exchange for another box off the shelf. You may want to contact the manaufacter who the product. They are more likely to send you the missing scarf
