I work with Doug D in Fulton. We just received an invoice from Shred-it for services on April 2, 2021. We had a horrible experience with them concerning signing a contract, which was detailed in Doug's previous post. Our contract was voided by Megan T. on February 18, 2021. That should have ended any future billing or communication with them. Yet we just received a bill from Shred-it. Our office moved and we are not at the location where Shred it previously serviced us. The company picked up their box in January 2021. This company is trouble, either they have incompetent employees or they are dishonest. They do not treat their customers well. Avoid them.

I signed up for shredding services. They emailed me an agreement which I docu signed . The agreement was very brief it stated price and frequency of pick ups. My land lord required me to move my office and I decided to discontinue service thinking I had a month to month contract. They then informed me that I had signed a 5 year agreement ! They emailed me papers that I had never seen before saying that I had agreed to this. Good advice: Have a lawyer review any agreement with this company. Better advice: don't use this company
