I called within your open hours and no one answers. Just an answering machine. Is this what I should expect if I would buy something from you and have a problem?

Robin: I purchased a used boat at Joe's last spring and they are great. I have been very well taken care of. Off season they don't have as much staff, but again they have never let me down.

Robin, thank you for the question. If you called us during normal working hours, we would have picked up the phone and there is no excuse if we did not. However, if you called during the weekend or off hours then we are short staffed and may have been working with customers who are at our facility. I apologize for the inconvenience of not picking up the phone, but we do put priority on people who are at our dealership over people who call in. I hope this helps.
