Walmart is not a high service brand. To shop at Walmart requires a certain respect for difficulties and struggles to get the benefits. I shop here consistently but pay attention to what ways they are trying to make the experience work for both the store and me. I avoid or ignore situations that are irritating to me. I use self checkout, I don't buy from the bakery because I am diabetic, and I look for the items I want. I almost always have a plan and look ahead to avoid slow shoppers and aisle hogs. It is a good store, but it is a low priced low service store.
That's with any Walmart. Always has been
In spite of challenges to find experienced staff this Walmarts is meeting the customers needs, if not demands. Covid, supply chain trouble, and immigrant workers are factors outside this stores control. Personally satisfied with quality, price, selection and service
I live in a part of our city where there are multiple multiple different languages spoken I have never seen there be a problem at our local Walmart or even the one out at Jordan Creek. The one on this South side is not as organized right now because they are going through remodeling some of their supply is shorter much due to the covid situation, and transportation for items. I have always found the staff to be helpful and courteous to everyone. Irregardless of which Walmart supercenter I go to. Staff and management seem to work well together and get things done if you have a question or a concern.
I've been to this store numerous times and I haven't had a similar experience. I am not sure exactly what happened, nor do I understand who you interacted with, but I would think that those details would be beneficial to their corporate office, including the date, time, the offender(s), the victim, and any other pertinent information. It's unreasonable to me for us to blame individual situations on upper management without engaging with them first to address your concerns.
