Is there a spot to lock up bikes here or anywhere close

Not really. Maybe to a light post in the parking lot

Usually I've seen bike racks on one side of the entrance or the other. But I'm not exactly sure.

Many lock them on the post near the entrance

It is located to right of the grocery entrance, around the corner

There is a sign post by the entrance

Yeah there's a bike rack to lock up your bike

There's definitely a spot somewhere you could lock it to, maybe not a rack specifically.
