Call them and tell them what happened. They will be able to guide you in the right direction. They recommended me to Spencer's when I was ready to get new jewelry because they have good quality and a wide selection. Congrats on the new piercing!
Either see if they'll get you another ball or go to the mall at spencer's and get a pack of new balls
