Call Amazon and they can tell you if a pickup is scheduled. You might be able to check your Amazon account for the imfo.
A scheduled pickup is done through a call tag that is done through Amazon anf FedEx. You should recieve a text or notification when that is. Check with Amazon to see if rhat has been done.
You would probably have better luck asking the facility. I doubt they watch Google Maps for questions.
