Drove my truck there from Indiana. Had a bad wheel bearing. Long story short, I had to get a Greyhound ticket home. Now I'm looking on line for the address to send my title to. Starting to feel like I got fluffed.

Definitely need to increase the amount of employees...staff seem disgruntled and not very friendly, probably because they're overwhelmed and overworked. Otherwise it was an ok experience.

Crazy expensive and had to call 4 different times to get someone to answer the phone and then was put on hold for 10 mins

We have a lifetime alignment on the vehicle that I purchased. Joplin Firestone refused to do the alignment because they said the control arms needed replaced. They do not need replaced because we literally had the vehicle checked from head to toe because we were driving it across country. Not only that, but my wife was the one who took it in for the alignment, and the employee made a misogynist remark about how she doesn't know what is going on with HER car since I was the one who paid for it. This is unacceptable behavior and we will NEVER be returning to Joplin Firestone again and will tell everyone about that behavior and not to go to them again. UPDATE: Store Manager just contacted me. He explained the shaking and the control arm ball joints. I'm thankful that he cares about his store and the success, so I am willing to give another chance once everything settles.
