We pay 365..water and trash are not included but very reasonable.
John Pittman is wrong... It is a mobile home park so yes, there are lot rent fees. Mine is $350 per month and when I moved in 2.5 years ago, they also required a deposit equal to one month. Recently the park was sold and so it's now under new mgmt. Can't speak to anything that might have changed since that happened last month. As for vacancies, I am not aware of any but it would be better if you contacted the new mgmt directly. Call the number for Tuscany Village in Belton. Same mgr runs both places.
