They have mobile homes to purchase running around 40-$50,000 brand new.

Yes. Of course, the new owners want small dogs under 30 lbs. but alot of us already living here have large dogs and they haven't evicted us yet.
I don't believe they do and it is very hard to contact anyone if you wanted ask a question.
The old homes are being demolished and we hear new ones will replace them. I think they are for sale but not sure about renting.
We pay 365..water and trash are not included but very reasonable.
You know the park is not related to or affiliated with the camping facility. most everybody in the campground with your own campers. 👍
Lots are $350 a month. That includes water and trash pickup. Electric and gas hookups depends on your credit status. No contact or minimum that I'm aware of.
