No they don't. Lakeside office supply does as you have been told. Gerbes might but that costs also. The library does and that also costs either 10 or 25 cents. Lakeside office supply charges 10 cents a copy and the only cheapest place I know of in town

Down the street is lake office supply and they have one you pay to use.
Not that I know of. However I've never asked.
