They don’t inform you when you have mail that is there. They don’t even attempt to deliver boxes they just send them back! They ruined my kids Christmas this year!!! They don’t do there job. Lazy people!

I ordered an item from Amazon that needed return and when the mail carrier showed up at my house she reassured me that they would put a return label on it and send it back.I went to the post office the next day to tell them that I received a label from UPS. And to see if it went back and And they explain to me that it would come back to my home if it didn’t go out I went back the following day and again the same answer. So I assumed it went back to Amazon.It Did not go back to Amazon and it cost me $159.90. Went and talk to the postmaster about it and she told me unfortunately it was a tough lesson in life. However it was For me to learn evidently
