Hello, Seeking: Legal Advice/representation of a criminal charge back in April 15th 2020 My name is Latasha Long I am a current resident of Ann Arbor Michigan for over 16 years.I have never been in serious trouble before with the law. I understand the importance of being safe for me and others along with children I also am a taxpayer who became injured due to a house fire that caused severe nerve damage back in 2012. Leaving me disabled and causing more illnesses due to the medication that I unfortunately had to take. Case: A criminal case of child abuse felony with my 14 year old son who is now 15. My son lied to me saying I pulled a knife out and threatened him with it. I did no such thing I was arguing with my boyfriend he smoked marijuana in my bathroom and I am legally disabled on a lot of nerve medications plus taking cymbalta which is a no no you can not use anything with that and they were trying to wing me off of it because it was causing my depression to become worse and I t
You may be able to get a lawyer free or court cost. It just depends. Also contact the Michigan Bar Association. From my understanding in Michigan every lawyer does a pro bono case once a year that is how they get court appointed lawyers. You could get neighborhood Joe or Jeffrey Fieger. If you sit with them and not comfortable then you can ask to get another one.
