Do people with a heart condition whom can not ride any of the rides but want to go to enjoy the day with family have to pay the same entrance fee?

Pretty sure you do. As, there are other activities to do besides ride the rides. They have other things to do there besides ride those thrill rides. Sea aquarium shows..ect.
