This company is terrible. Called in February when my debt was sold to them and wanted to start paying. Was told my “file” was not set up yet and to call back in a week. No answer. Now they are automatically suing and will not work with you at all.

Continued calling for weeks with no answer. Then a summons shows up at my door and am told I must pay in full in or they will seek judgement and garnish my wages. Paid 325$ owe 497$ and will be payed off by the 21st of this month. All paid in a month and they still tried to set out a judgement to take me to courst to try and get 200$ extra bucks out of me. So terrible, and the lady in the office is very rude.

They got a judgement against me and I never had my hearing. They somehow got it before my hearing date. They could not garnish my wages, I don’t make enough. They can’t take my state refund, I don’t get one, but they are attempting. Just got the notice, 5 months later???? I am a victim of spousal identity theft. They should have the reports from the credit bureaus. They have NEVER sent me proof I owe the debt. Even if they have statements, it does not prove I made the purchases nor knew about them. They advertise themselves as a law firm, but they are really a debt collector trying to collect a debt they bought but acting under the pretense of representing the debt collector they purchased the debt from. The payment even goes to them proving they are the debt collector. The collection agency they claim to represent sold the debt to them and are no longer in the picture. They are not the ones being paid. This is so wrong in so many ways and there is no way it could be legal.

What they did with me is sent a court summons; then told me that if I'd agree to pay $50 a month, I wouldn't have to go to court. So I agreed. Later on, the court sent me a judgement against me for failing to show up! I can't ever miss a pmt or be late cus they could garnish my wages, bank account and my taxes!!
