Yes and if you get there before 8am or after 4pm find a spot and go up there the next day.. Dome Rock campground is beautiful spot with a great camp host and you can stay for 2 weeks free. Just stop and get a pass/permit from the camp host, Douglas. He is a hoot! There is no dump site or water but just stop at RV Pit Stop and they are super cheap....like $4 to fill your fresh and it is Osmolized. Dump is about the same. All very friendly.
