How come McDonald's doesn't discourage people that are not handicapped from parking in the handicap spaces. It makes it hard for the handicapped customers to come in and enjoy this great place.

Maybe McDonald's should put a camera in the handicap parking area. Customers that park illegally should be fined from camera photo.
