Every time I go to this location. I get Rude service! (She)Did not tempt to help me at all. I will stick to the Highland location for now on. They have wonderful service there.

I definitely wanted to be able to leave a positive review. Truly. However, I can't. I am unsure as to why leadership within this particular store keeps plummeting. I've been coming to this particular location for well over ten years or more. Not only is management is inconsistent with their personalities (one day decently cordial, another day rude), but this sort of leadership trickles into employees. When trying to engage in a CIVIL conversation, because you never know what someone is going through, I was first met passive aggressive behavior. As I waited to see if we could bridge the gap between customer and business entity, there was nothing. While I know there are rude customers who can be condescending and belligerent, I ensure that my own behavior is up to part. It pains me to my absolute CORE to say it - but its our own people. I do appreciate talking to corporate but this has to CHANGE. I've kept silent about it for literal years but passive aggressive behaviors, rudeness and unfriendly mannerisms? It should not be the norm.
