You have to go back to Jedi's with identification and ask for the manager. Explain who you are and what happened with your debit card, that your information has been used. Also notify your bank to freeze the number on the card and request another card. If you have accounts that debits are taken from notify those accounts as well. Sorry for this to happen. Follow up, you will recover !!!
