The only "Real" butcher shop around all the others are meat markets. Ask them for a specialty cut like a beef navel (used for pastrami or beef bacon) and they won't even know what you are talking about. Go to The Wurst and you will find what you need! By far the best and Wurst!!!

Discovered Wurst Market yesterday and was thrilled to see such a talented butcher with some of the highest quality meats and sausages I have ever seen. Today I am making Carrabba's Moma Mandola's Chicken Soup thanks to this beautiful whole chicken! Will be a loyal customer to support this local Meat Market.

Strolled in here on the way to cook my lady a nice dinner. Felt like treating ourselves. First of all. I have eaten steak all around the world. The steak Rickie (sp?) brings in butchers and dry ages in house has amazing full flavor. Super impressed!!! The selection of sausages from around the world made in house was spectacular and I can’t believe he had loukaniko! He was very nice. Easy to talk to and make the process very enjoyable. Just like how it was as a child visiting the butcher with my family. Best part is that the prices were very reasonable for the quality of meat and portions! I would be back. Very soon! Highly recommend!

They cure their own meat. So they have their own version of products like German speck and knackwurst. Ultimately they are better than the imported versions because they are done in house using local hogs with small batch techniques.
