WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN I WAS RUDELY HUNG UP ON. THIS IS UN PROFFESSIONAL AND PEOPLE ARE TALKING . NOW NORMALLY ITS GREAT. BUT EVERY FEW TIMES YOU GET DISSATISFYED .THE ATTITUDE OF STAFF CAN BE COSTLY. AT LEAST OWN RESPONSIBILITY

I have been going to Bob's for years and never ever had a bad experience. All I know and care about they has the best shrimps in Indiana and Illinois. Thumbs up to them. I'm on my way to Bob's today.
