I’m a regular customer at Enterprise as well as a member of their point’s program. I was recently involved in a serious car accident which resulted in my vehicle being totaled. My insurance company uses Enterprise so my rental came from the Hammond location. Being that the car was totaled and not in the shop my insurance company paid for one weeks rental fee. The reminding weeks were out of pocket. I returned the car for a smaller more affordable car for the first week and was granted the insurance company’s discount, however for the next and final week I was not allowed to use the insurance company’s rate. The retail rate was FAR beyond my budget so I returned the car and was without a vehicle for a full week. This was quite an inconvenience not to mention stressful on top of what was already a very stressful situation. My insurance company did inform me that it was the decision of Enterprise to honor the rate, some locations will and others will not. I was very disappointed with the lack of consideration that was shown to me by this location.

Friendly Reps, quick and easy service, nice clean car and special shout out to (Lindsey) !!!!! at the Hammond ,Indiana Location for all the hard work you do keeping the vehicles clean and for the ride back to work , Lindsey you definitely deserve more credit ,money and appreciation for all that you do !!!!!

My experience with Enterprise was phenomenal from start to finish. Customer service was excellent. Shout out to Ayanna for being such a great help. She made the reservation process smooth as can be, even when I couldn't bring the rental back in time. She deserves recognition ( and even a raise😁). Will definitely be back.
