Free scare locations during Halloween doesn't need any additional tickets. But haunted houses inside park do need special tickets.

Thats why its better to get a seasson pass in time when they have a special offer so you can go in and out as much as you want but yes you can bring your lunch, you just can't bring it inside 😨
Yes you can get stamped. However, I would just pack the lunches in a backpack or large bag. My wife, daughter, and I had always brought food.
Yes, make sure to get a stamp on your hand when you leave otherwise you cant.
