Yes, you can. There is no place to eat lunch or something like that. But you can take snacks out of your backpack and eat while you walk

Food and beverages are permitted in the outdoor gardens but are not allowed inside the Conservatory at this time. A limited number of first-come, first-served chairs and tables will be on the Bluestone Terrace. There are grassy areas for picnics. Please note that the drinking fountains are shut off so please bring water with you to consume in the outdoor gardens.
