I have had the opposite experience with them they are very friendly and helpful. Customer service has been excellent.
We notified them in 24 hours, they sent a repair man out to fix it. He walked it, looked at it, said he can't fix and said it should be replaced. Steinhafels refuses to come and pick it up and replace the damaged furniture. When the going is good, I am sure they are great, when they have to be great, they hide. You have been warned
My wife and I have also shopped here and love the quality of the furniture as well as the customer experience. If they sent you damaged furniture, you would've had 5 days to address the matter. I only know this because they make a point of letting you know when you buy from them. Very transparent.
