I have been a member since February 2019 and seen it go downhill quickly. Equipment broken and noisy exercise bike, not maintained, hours not 24/7 which is what it was supposed to be when I signed up and when I cancelled 3 days prior to my re-newel date, was told that the system is not working right and would have needed to cancel 10 days prior. After 2 emails asking them not to charge my account and asking to refund after it was charged, no one ever replied back to me. To reply to your response: I sent 2 emails (Sept 12th and Sept 19th) with no response from anyone which shows that no one cares until there is a bad review.

You have to be at least 13 to be accompanied by an adult when you come in to workout. Ages 13-15 you need an adult come in with you. You have to be at least 16 to come in by yourself and ages 13-17 can only have the white card membership when they work out. You have to be 18 before you can get the black card membership due because that’s the minimum age in which you can do tanning or total body enhancement.
