Refillable water bottles are allowed. There are lockers outside the gate that you can leave food in but you have to store it before entering the park.
You can always bring an empty bottle and they will fill it with water. As far as food, any food allergies they can't deny you food inside. Sandwiches and chips, snacks, even fruit will go through just fine.
