I received a ticket for parking in handicap parking space. What do I need to bring to this hearing other then my placard? Is there any way I can take care situation sooner? I have troubles driving at night.

All tickets have to be heard at the hearing. Someone can go in your place with your placard and information if you think you cant make the hearing.
