No. This is a bagless store. You should take your own containers/bags. Sometimes they have boxes for customers to use however in my opinion that's extremely unsanitary b/c those boxes come from warehouses, trucks, but it's nice that they do it as a courtesy. I don't understand your third question.
Mostly all the items are loose not whole sale.but prices are reasonable.
