Okay I need answer about reporting a rude unemployed she wasn’t friendly she was saying bad words toward why my kids where there and my 56 year old mother I need answers in questions about this situation

If she was an employee ther then u report her to the manager. If she was not an employee then she was a customer & u just have to ignore people like that bcuz u can't control how others act or what they say. Even if u report her to a manager, they can ask her to leave but she can still say whatever.
