if we get there 1 to 1.5hr before app.time do they offload then or we get offloaded at app. time?

They can. But it also depends on whether or not the appointments before you has shown up. Then it's by appointment.

I checked in 6.5 hrs early. I was told they'd call me when they were ready for me. I got the call 4 hrs before my appt.
