Is there a Doctor on premise to evaluate and can I apply for a card in your office ?

Hi Angie, there is not a doctor at our dispensary. For evaluations patients must visit a Medical Marijuana Treatment Center, you can find a doctor near you, here: https://fl.curaleaf.com/find-a-doctor/

Sorry this is not a doctor's office in anyway or a side office of a doctor this is a dispensary only you would have to see a qualifying physician separately then go through the full process once you're approved and have your approval email print it out you may then go to the dispensary and receive your medication
