Got dinner delivered and was missing my Breadbowl and my Flat bread was cold. Had almost the same order at pick up last week and it was perfect. Not a consistent store. Very hit and miss with just about everything. Order with caution ⚠️. If possible, go to store and stand in line.

As a Panera Bread employee I guess it all would really depend on exactly what the item is that you want to customize. The best answer however is this. If you download the Panera app, choose the item you want, and click on Customize you will see all the available options for that item. Each menu item choosen will have different customization options available. I surely hope this helps you out!
They are open every day. Usually 6:30-930, except Sunday which is 7-9
