I would say it depends on the age of child. My daughter is 11yr old, i would take her there. If u have a child that is under 10- I would not take a child that young there.

Yes. At this moment they are seating outdoors. It does seem a bit upscale but the table tops are lined with paper! Bring some crayons and let the kiddos have at it!
