The actual experience sitting in the restaurant was fine, but the aftermath was awful. This restaurant does not cook their food to temp and keep their cold items to its desired degree. My partner ate the chicken sandwich with guacamole on it and she has had food poisoning for the past 3 days. The chicken gave her salmonella and the avocado the same. I am a kitchen manager myself and I know the precautions you take in a kitchen when it comes to food and how it’s taken care of. I’ve dealt with multiple health inspectors who certainly would shut down this kitchen if they visited bwi worse restaurant zona cocina. Our whole vacation was ruined, this was a special vacation as it was our anniversary.

My Salad was terrific! Rachel attended to my meal needs nicely. (NOTE: Several places are shown as being in (this) B Terminal that are no longer here (Subway, DC-3, and Ledo Pizza), and a place is here that is not shown as being here but is in this Terminal (Starbucks) near gates B1 & B3.

One of my favorite restaurants in BWI airport. Solid margaritas, food is tasty and tastes far less pre-fab than most of the other airport choices, and portions are great. Service is a bit slow, but not their fault - same shortage of people as every other restaurant in the US right now. But staff was friendly and did a great job keeping touch while they got caught up.
