Yes. Get the TWRA app for all the prices & regulations. You can fish both NC or TN sides of the park with either states fishing license.
Yes you have to have a Tennessee fishing license or a North Carolina license to fish in Smokey mountains national park. We bought 3 day TN licenses for $20 I believe when we were there this Spring.
