Thank you for inquiring about our COVID safety protocols. We have several protocols in place in addition to the mask requirement and social distancing. We installed booth risers between all of our booths that are sanitized regularly. We disinfect each table/booth after every use, including the chairs and booth seats. We use disposable menus that are discarded after each use. We disinfect all bathrooms, hallways and high traffic areas in between each meal period. We have a professional cleaning company deep clean weekly as well as carpet cleaners. We have installed plexiglass along our open kitchen for cleanliness and safety of both our staff and customers. We have our return air system maintained regularly which cycles fresh air into our restaurant. We monitor all employees daily to ensure a safe environment for all. As well as maintain contract tracing of all customers who dine in with us. Each day we assess all protocols and add/adjust them as needed to ensure a safe environment.
