Are the steaks dry aged?

Authentic dry aged 42 days.

There is only one dry age on the menu I was told the rest wet aged. Dry age is way better than wet age. Steaks were just ok. Shrimp was excellent. Not worth the price to go.

I believe the ribeye is, not sure about the filet. Those are the only cuts I've had.

Mancy's does do a dry age on their steaks. I would highly recommend going to try one.
