No required attire. Most people do dress up a little, though (including nicer jeans).
I'd recommend a collard shirt for men. I'm not entirely certain what the equivalent is for woman. It's not a black tie kind of place but it's certainly a unique steak house with a bit of a different atmosphere than your average steak house.
