What about returns? Your stuck...wait it out when your time ia already crunched, or make yet another trip....they dont treat you like that at MACY'S
They have good online pick up services I never had a problem with a return
I think they are shorthanded staff wise. They make the employees do anything and everything in the store. They're always calling someone to go to the cashier spots.
