I purchased this from Groupon.Before the Massage Greenspa opened in the early morning.Before the store was even opened it said I had already used the Groupon the store in Allen Park was the Groupon I purchased.I could not go to the Green Spa on West Rd.it did not except the Groupon.My money was refunded in Groupon Bucks.I will never use Groupon again.I will use the Groupon Bucks though.

Honestly if I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve had tons of massages and have always left feeling so relaxed & refreshed. I arrived to Massage Green Woodhaven 10 minutes before my massage (enough time to change & talk over preferences). I stated that I’d like my neck and back to be worked the most as they were very sore. My neck and lower back were literally never touched. When my massage started and the table & room were both freezing. Every time I was touched with lotion I flinched because it was ice cold. I told the woman multiple times that I was so cold & nothing changed. My nose was literally dripping because of how cold it was. Not sure how I was supposed to relax when I was so tense and flenched from cold lotion every time I was touched. Also, the therapist didn’t cover me up after massaging my body l & moving on to the next part, so that didn’t help the cause. I’ve literally never wished a massage would end before. When we were done, I checked the clock and she ended up massaging for 45 minutes, mind you I booked a 60 minute massage. When I went to check out & expressed my concerns the woman at the desk stated that 60 minute massages are actually about 50 minutes due to talking & changing (even though we talked things over when I arrived early). She also did not care at all about how unsatisfied I was with the overall experienced. I still tipped my therapist but I would never go back or refer a single person there Plus side, there’s a Panera next door that I was able to snag a hot tea and warm soup from to help with the goose bumps I still had from the freezing massage.
