Times have changed since I went a week and half ago Monday to Friday is 11 to 7 then sat sunday 1030 to 8 but times change after this weekend when its 11 to 6.

It depends on the day and season, but usually either 10:30am or 11am. They have a park operating schedule on their website you can look at for specific dates!
